WELCOME TO OUR WORLD! Earth Science is a study of the earth and its processes. In this class we will study the three spheres of the earth--lithosphere(land), atmosphere(air) and hydrosphere(water). During the third nine weeks we will also study astronomy-Earth in Space. This class features hands-on labs to enrich the learning environment. This nine weeks our concentration will be constructive and destructive forces of the earth (earthquakes, volcanoes, plate tectonics, erosion, deposition).  We will also study rocks, minerals, rock cycle and soil during this first nine weeks.
